Cole Haan is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead/Sales Associate to support in-store activities and help achieve sales and profitability targets. You will help implement strategic direction, coach staff, and maintain a positive store environment while ensuring customer-centric service.

The role requires flexible scheduling, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills. Employment offers holiday and sick pay benefits and employee discounts.

• Related field experience preferred
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Independent work ethic, time management, and accountability
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks (receiving shipments, maintaining store cleanliness)
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
