Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Read, write and communicate in English; proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates when needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
