Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and step into the Manager role when needed.

The role focuses on empowering teams, delivering strong customer experiences, and upholding brand standards at the Lakeside Metairie location. You will motivate staff, train associates, and identify opportunities to improve performance while supporting store priorities and adherence to

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
