With 1–3 years of retail experience, you’ll motivate and coach the team, help train new associates, manage schedules, and contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding brand guidelines and exceptional

• 1–3 years of retail experience and engagement with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for styling and strong people skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and communication.
• Comfort with store technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products to outfit and inspire customers.
