Job summary

Marc Jacobs International in the Wrentham Premium Outlet is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support management with daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a premier customer experience while coaching the team.

You will lead a high-energy floor, build loyal client relationships through fashion expertise, and ensure the store remains guest-ready, organized, and compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or customer service roles with emphasis on service.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High standards for exceptional customer experience and brand alignment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to brand DNA.
• Creative, curious, collaborative mindset embracing new ideas.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Passion for Marc Jacobs brand and products; proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer-first experience and build loyalty.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready, welcoming, and comfortable for clients.
• Demonstrate styling expertise and knowledge of Marc Jacobs trends and product.
• Cultivate client relationships and prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Promote collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Open and close the store according to Marc Jacobs procedures; maintain organized stockroom.
