Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Supervisor to join the Seattle Premium Outlet store in Tulalip, WA. You will support management with daily operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

In partnership with Management, you will enforce company policies, maintain store standards, and develop client relationships while hitting KPIs and ensuring a guest-ready environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or related role with focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
