Qualifications

• Strong organization and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and development of an effective team.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide coaching and feedback to each associate to bring their best to customer interactions.
