Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for our new Citadel Outlets location in Commerce, CA. You will lead sales initiatives, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and bridge online and in-store shopping.

You will partner with the Store Manager and a driven team to drive KPIs, train associates, maintain merchandising standards, and support events. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment
• Prior retail management experience is a plus
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems

Responsibilities
