Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate for our Citadel Outlets location in Commerce, CA. You will help customers connect their online and in-store experiences, share knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features, and work with a friendly team to deliver a best-in-class shopping environment.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a passion for active lifestyles, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fitness interests.
• Ability to engage customers and work with teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fabrics, features, and fit to drive sales.
• Engage customers in-store and during promotions and events.
• Maintain store merchandising and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
