Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to help bring sneaker culture to life by leading with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong customer engagement, and a proactive approach to store execution. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring/training.
