Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and running the store smoothly. You will lead on the floor with energy and purpose, delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ownership of store execution, and a focus on KPI-driven results. You will work closely with store leadership to maintain high standards and a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues and maintaining standards.
