White House Black Market in Livermore, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to supervise the team, model customer‑centric service, and support leadership responsibilities. You will drive brand standards and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead on the sales floor, coach teammates, handle daily operations, and help manage schedules, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, while staying informed on promotions and policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork.
