Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort and confidence, empowering customers with welcoming and personalized experiences. As a Sales Lead, you partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and model hospitality that goes beyond the transaction.

In this role you will support opening/closing, coach the team, manage scheduling and inventory, and share brand priorities with store teams, all while delivering product knowledge and a positive, customer-centric

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
