Job summary

KnitWell Group, operating Soma in Flowood, MS, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll model a welcoming, customer-centered environment and support leadership responsibilities as needed.

You’ll drive team performance on the floor, coach peers, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment, and communicate store priorities. Requires 2 years of retail management and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and schedule support to keep performance on track.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and act with hospitality to create memorable experiences.
