Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Soma store in Flowood, MS. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model excellent service, and support leadership tasks as needed. Create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and peers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable on current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide feedback.
