Job summary

The Soma store in Roseville (KnitWell Group) is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and lead by example in delivering hospitality-driven shopping experiences reflecting our brand. You’ll set direction and support leadership to achieve store goals.

With at least 2 years in retail management, you’ll coach staff, share product knowledge, and ensure excellent customer service while handling operations and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening/closing.
