The role includes assisting with opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and staying current with promotions. 18+ with 2 years retail management preferred; flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team to meet goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory management and replenishment.
• Knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
