Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Las Vegas to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and reinforce brand standards. You will guide and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain our hospitality culture on the sales floor.

You will role model excellent service, coach team performance, and help manage opening/closing, scheduling, and merchandising. The role requires 2 years of retail leadership experience and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach staff.
• Ensure knowledge of promotions and store policies.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and merchandising replenishment.
• Support development and scheduling as needed.
• Create a positive, customer-centered store culture.
