Job summary

Lane Bryant Brands Opco LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, lead by example, and step into the Manager role as needed.

You will guide your team to success with strong operations knowledge, training, and motivation while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
