Lane Bryant in Newark, DE is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead operations so the store looks fabulous and staff are trained and motivated.

You may step into the Manager role when needed and will guide teams toward success with store leaders. If you love fashion and empowering customers and associates, Lane Bryant is the place for you.

Competenze

• 1–3 years retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong reading/writing/communication in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.
