Job summary

Lane Bryant in Florida is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and will step into the Manager role when needed, guiding the team toward exceptional service and store presentation.

You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, coach peers, and support scheduling, payroll, and brand standards to drive sales and optimize store operations in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share your knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans and scheduling.
• Support onboarding of new associates when needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
