Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general operations, including opening/closing duties.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to maintain performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment procedures.
• Know current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the leadership team and foster teamwork.
