Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to build long-term relationships with guests by delivering an unmatched shopping experience.

The role involves welcoming guests, understanding needs, selling a wide range of apparel including private labels, and coaching team members in selling skills and operations. It is a fulltime, on-site position focused on customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and learn their needs through thoughtful questions and attentive service.
• Serve as product knowledge expert to sell a broad range of apparel and tailored clothing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team on selling skills, behaviors, and procedures.
