Job summary

DXL Group, a leading retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, seeks a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who focuses on building lasting guest relationships and delivering an unmatched shopping experience across our stores.

The role involves coaching team members, sharing product knowledge across a broad range of apparel including private labels and name brands, and driving a high-energy, customer-centric sales floor. Base pay is hourly with potential bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to learn needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with ability to sell a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
