Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to share the day’s tasks and safety information.
• Retail Leads should be knowledgeable about surrounding areas and act as a concierge for guests.
• Ensure all guests are greeted when they enter the store.
• Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers in their roles.
• Ensure operations run smoothly in the manager’s absence and resolve customer relations issues.
• Record daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS/PM systems.
• Lead nightly close-out and balance cash with daily sales.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll coordination for the department.
• May assist with hiring General Utility Workers and Sales Associates.
