Job summary

Coolray Nashville is looking for a Retail Sales Lead Generator to engage customers, promote products and services, and help deliver a positive customer experience in-store. You’ll be part of a team focused on growth and incentives that reward performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience desired but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone, email and text.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and promote the company’s products and services.
• Walk the store engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information from customers.
• Schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the home for estimates.
• Build rapport with the store's leadership team.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
