Coolray is seeking Retail Sales Lead Generators to engage customers in partner stores, answer questions about our home services, and encourage appointments for estimates. You will act as a brand ambassador, building rapport with shoppers and guiding them toward the next step.

This role offers $18+ per hour with commissions, paid training, and flexible day/evening hours with no night shifts. Part-time or full-time options, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is highly desired but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Energetic and self-motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in partner stores and introduce company products and services.
• Engage customers in conversations about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information for estimates.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend trainings.
