Job summary

Coolray Tennessee is seeking Retail Sales Lead Generators to join our team of energetic professionals. You will act as a Brand Ambassador at partner stores, answering questions about products and services and encouraging customers to schedule estimates.

We offer $18+ per hour plus commission, robust PTO, holiday pay, day/evening shifts (no nights), and both part-time and full-time opportunities with paid training and benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with company match up

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for 4–8 hours.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone use.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in stores and share information about products and services.
• Engage customers in conversations about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and assess customer requirements.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings.
