ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Vista, CA. The role is part-time with on-site engagement, fast-paced client interaction, and uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll connect with homeowners, discuss ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions, and set up free in-home consultations. Training is paid, and there are growth paths into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
