American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Chula Vista, CA. This part-time role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation and appointment setting to introduce ARS home comfort solutions.

You’ll interact with homeowners, discuss heating, cooling and energy efficiency needs, and offer a free in-home consultation. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth into HVAC sales advisory roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings attendance is expected.
