Fabletics Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets store in Orlando, FL. You will report to the Store Manager and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.

You’ll engage customers, train associates, manage inventory, and uphold merchandising standards while championing our active-lifestyle brand and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and multi-task under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer engagement in-store and drive sales performance.
• Provide training and feedback to team on customer experience playbook.
• Coordinate store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and product knowledge for customers and teammates.
• Manage inventory unpacking, safety, and security standards; assist Store Manager.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve store objectives.
