White House Black Market in Folsom, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service. You will uphold brand standards and cultivate a welcoming, personalized shopping environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will drive sales by coaching staff, sharing product knowledge, and managing operations such as cash handling and scheduling, in a role that blends leadership with hands-on store floor presence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
