Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, model hospitality, and uphold brand standards while delivering personalized customer experiences that reflect our culture.

You will assist in opening/closing, coach associates, manage inventory and cash handling, and help set daily goals with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
