You will coach associates, manage operations, and champion brand standards while delivering Omni-channel service to shoppers, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
