Fabletics in Las Vegas is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Downtown Summerlin. You will lead the customer experience, collaborate with the Store Manager and a team of associates, and help bridge the online and in-store journey with our Omnicart and member chat initiatives.

You should be energetic, self-starting, and capable of engaging customers with in-depth product knowledge while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Onsite role with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience and drive engagement inside and outside the store.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function to customers and team.
• Train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook and sales expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to meet or exceed performance goals and merchandising standards.
