The role emphasizes knowledge of fabrics, fit, and product features, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to drive sales targets while training and guiding staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and explain product features, fabrics, fit and function.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement in-store and via events and promotions.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Lead by example to meet/exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on inventory and training needs.
• Maintain merchandising standards to enhance the customer journey.
• Unpack boxes and handle stock while adhering to safety standards.
