Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Scottsdale Quarter store in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support sales and operations, helping customers Live their Passion across store and online touchpoints.

You will report to the Store Manager and wear multiple hats to train staff, drive engagement, and manage inventory while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Able to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embodies company culture and provides customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Engage customers and drive in-store and community engagement through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
