Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY. You will guide a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging technology to connect online and in-store shopping journeys.

Collaborate with the Store Manager and supervisors to hit bold targets and drive business growth. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience, comfort with active lifestyle products, and strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members

Qualifications

• 1 year retail work experience minimum; management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle brands and fitness activities.
• Able to interact with customers, employees and partners in person and at store level.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience in-store and support Sales & Operations.
• Train and mentor associates to meet sales goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory visibility.
• Drive in-store events and promotions to engage customers.
