Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead in Crestview Hills, KY to deliver personalized customer experiences and to guide and support store associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to become the store expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Prior retail leadership and coaching skills are valued.
