Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead in Charlotte, NC to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store responsibilities and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel customer journey through available tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Be a brand representative delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
