Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Clinton Township, MI to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will drive a customer-centered culture and deliver memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality values.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, coaching, inventory and schedule support, and ensuring smooth omni-channel operations and sales floor leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and providing coaching.
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Uphold brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and help achieve team goals.
