Responsibilities include daily store operations, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and staying current on promotions and policies. Must be 18+, flexible availability, and a strong team player.

Qualificações

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates to meet performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
• Manage inventory and merchandise replenishment; run the register.
