Soma, a KnitWell Group brand, is hiring a Sales Lead for the Flatiron Crossing/Soma store in Broomfield, CO. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You'll coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional, personalized experiences on the sales floor. The role requires retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and support team to meet performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to share ideas and improve culture.
