Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Norwalk, CT to partner with store leadership, coach the team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. This role upholds brand standards, fosters a welcoming environment, and leads with a customer-centered approach to go beyond the transaction.

You will guide daily operations and help shape a positive team culture. Ideal candidates bring 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and utilize an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling and inventory management; assist with replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback.
