Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead for our Valley River Center Eugene store to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead by example to ensure operations run smoothly and the store looks fabulous.

You'll coach and motivate the team, help guide them to success with the support of store leaders, and seize opportunities to improve performance while upholding brand guidelines and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability - evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll equality.
• Communicate daily updates to store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates when needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
