Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates at Valley River Center, Eugene. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to implement daily action plans and guide the team to meet revenue and service goals with strong store presentation and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, a passion for styling, and an ability to lead while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using store technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Coach and motivate associates to achieve selling goals.
