With 1-3 years of retail experience and a passion for styling, you’ll train and motivate staff, manage schedules, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and control payroll.
• Communicate daily updates with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Assist onboarding of new associates as needed.
• Support store priorities by adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
