Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding store team accountable for brand standards.
• Oversees basic operations such as opening/closing duties and merchandise flow processes.
• Supervises sales associates and ensures proper floor coverage and promotions execution.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other store duties as directed by Management.
• Develops a high-performance culture and coaches selling teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
