Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture with MAPS standards.
• Performs opening/closing duties and manages merchandise flow.
• Supervises sales and service staff; uses schedules for floor coverage.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and promotional standards.
• Trains and coaches the selling team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Drives team engagement and supports management in achieving sales goals.
• Aids in locating and fulfilling customer needs and requests.
