KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Franklin, TN location to drive exceptional customer experiences and support the store team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model best practices, provide coaching, and be prepared to act as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail setting. Regular/part-time hours and evenings/weekends may apply.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Provide guidance to associates and step in as manager when needed.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards and drive a customer-focused environment.
